About the Role

The Behavior Support Specialists at DePelchin Children's Center play a vital role in providing comprehensive services focused on ensuring all children are part of safe, caring homes. As a front-line worker in residential services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the milieu, coordinating and implementing interventions and activities designed to promote growth and a stable environment.

As an ideal candidate, you should have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 21 years of age, and possess Certification in First Aid and CPR (which may be obtained upon hire). Relevant experience working with children and adolescents is preferred, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a human or social service-related field.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum.
