At Capitol Region Education Council, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis based programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Case Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Daily collection and graphing of all required data (DTT, Manding, Behaviors, TA's, etc.)
  • Prepare program materials
  • Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues
Requirements:
  • Current Board Certification for an RBT
Equipment and Travel:

Use of standard office equipment such as personal computers, copy machines, fax machines, and telephones. Travel as needed.

Physical and Mental Demands:

Physical demands may include moving therapy equipment and helping lift or move students on and off equipment. May include driving to and between assigned sites.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
