Job Opportunity

Behavioral Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and will be able to provide direct care services and supervision to client populations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing counseling to individuals served as appropriate for their experience level.
  • Overseeing activities to ensure conformance with program policies.
  • Completing specialized training in de-escalation techniques and the use of physical restraint.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.

The New View program serves women who have been designated for substance use disorder treatment via the legal system. The program offers acute treatment (ATS) and crisis stabilization (CSS) services.

As a Recovery Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credentials (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license (required).
  • Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance with 540 CMR 4.00 (required).
  • In successful recovery for two or more years (required, if applicable).
