About the Position

Potential Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments and support for individuals with Autism. We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team.

As a Licensed Behavior Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising client cases, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients and students across various settings.

This is a managerial position with direct reports, requiring strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with families, other providers, and our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs
  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analysis
  • Observe clients and staff across settings
  • Participate in professional development activities, including supervising RBTs and maintaining LBS certification
  • Conduct new client intakes and collaborate with families and other providers
  • Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration
  • Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services
Requirements
  • Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility for evening work
  • Commutable to our centers in Newtown, Levittown, and Warminster
  • Comfortable working with clients of various ages across settings
