Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Capitol Region Education Council.

Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis based programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Case Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Daily collection and graphing of all required data (DTT, Manding, Behaviors, TA's, etc.)
  • Prepare program materials
  • Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues
Requirements:
  • Current Board Certification for an RBT
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Equipment and Travel:

The Registered Behavior Technician will use standard office equipment and may be required to travel to assigned sites.

Physical and Mental Demands:

The position may require physical demands such as moving therapy equipment and helping lift or move students on and off equipment.
