Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction as a Customer Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Accounts Manager to join our team at Aaron's. As a key member of our sales staff, you will play a vital role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by leading the customer accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Maintain and update customers' accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely payment appointments.
  • Operational Support: Assist the General Manager with operational functions, including account recommendations, payment frequency, and payment history.
  • Collections Process: Manage the collections process by counseling customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewals.
  • Lease Agreements: Review and close lease agreements, confirming customer identification, collecting money, and obtaining signatures.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Team as needed to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A valid state driver's license and compliance with Aaron's Driver Qualification Policy.
  • Ability to work varying hours between 8 am and 9 pm.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
  • Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred.
