Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. In addition, this candidate should be self-motivated and ready to assist managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees and ensure smooth store operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs
  • Assist managers with tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
