**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a New Home Sales Representative to manage the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing. As a representative of Lennar, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.* Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.* Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.* Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.* Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
**Requirements:**
* Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.* Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This is primarily an active position, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver's license in order to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
