Home Sales Representative

As a New Home Sales Consultant at Lennar Homes, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, with a strong emphasis on creating delighted customers. This role involves daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business objectives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Engaging with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy
Self-generating sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting
Developing comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics
Providing consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records
Participating in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs
Ensuring the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes
Completing required training and participating in community events and phone banks
Requirements for Success:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Real estate license required
1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
