Job Description


The Business Development Representative role offers an exciting opportunity to drive profitable sales growth through winning new corporation accounts and meeting or exceeding sales goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying prospect lists, generating high sales call volume, and contributing to sales planning and forecasting activities.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of our complex and comprehensive CT products and services to effectively communicate value proposition and competitive position to potential clients;
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales process to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities;
  • Manage assigned prospect account list to support a healthy sales pipeline, including organizing customers by segment and opportunity, researching contact information for decision makers, and creating an efficient prospecting process;
  • Drive new business/customer development to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic business decisions.

What We Offer


This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.



Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field;
  • Inside business-to-business sales experience, preferably with a strong track record of success in closing deals and achieving sales targets;
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com, a strong advantage.
