Key Responsibilities

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Processing bulk seed samples to evaluate expected seed sizing and conversion rates.
  • Conducting visual inspections of finished seed lots to verify acceptable seed quality.
  • Submitting samples for laboratory quality analysis.
  • Collaborating with warehouse staff to manage carryover seed based on customer specifications.
  • Monitoring crop quality results and coordinating with management to address any issues.
  • Managing the initiation and release of "SEED ON HOLD" statuses within inventory systems.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Administrative Support

In addition to quality assurance duties, the Office Coordinator will assist Office Administrators with:

  • Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records for customer and company inventory.
  • Processing invoices for customers regarding seed and services.
  • Providing accurate information about seed shipments to customers.
  • Keeping comprehensive production and processing records.
  • Recording pricing requests from seed growers accurately.
  • Initiating payments to growers.
  • Processing vendor invoices for timely payment.
