Senior Sales Director for Growth Opportunities

The Globe Life Liberty National Division, a Fortune 1000 Company and S&P 500 entity, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our recruiting and sales growth initiatives. This role offers a challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in field management, recruiting, and leadership skills to drive business success.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with at least ten years of experience in field management, proven track record in recruiting, and extensive travel capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales growth through effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to increase sales revenue through strategic recruitment and talent development initiatives.
- Lead a team of recruiters and sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and growth objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with career agents and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business strategy and optimize sales performance.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
