Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and lead the cultivation, pursuit strategy, and pursuit execution, including client pipeline, proposal creation, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Drive sales activity throughout the process, including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing/deal underwriting, client-facing meetings, and negotiation.
  • Establish corporate relationships with key stakeholders across various organizational levels.
  • Prepare and manage business marketing and development budgets.
  • Understand each service line, platform, and value proposition, and write executive summaries and key themes for major pursuits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 10-15 years of relevant complex solutions sales experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
  • Proven ability to cultivate a qualified pipeline.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to effectively structure deals to achieve profitability targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $220,000-$250,000 annually.
  • Discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program and Sales Incentive Plan.
