About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Navigator I to join our team at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. As a key member of our Strategic Enrollment team, you will play a critical role in engaging with prospective and incoming students to provide information, support, and guidance throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Admissions Counselors, School and Colleges, and the Lynx Central one-stop team to provide responsive support for prospective and admitted CU Denver students.
  • Assist students in addressing problems and connect them with appropriate support services on campus.
  • Provide comprehensive and exceptional customer service.
  • Interpret and respond to student inquiries.
  • Serve as a liaison between the student and other departments to support students through resolving their needs.
  • Navigate and assist with admissions processing, financial aid, registrar, new student orientation, registration, bursar, and information technology (IT) related functions.
  • Maintain appropriate communication with applicants, admitted students, and their families and/or influencers through the enrollment funnel to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Provide detailed information regarding the enrollment process to students, counselors, and families as necessary to facilitate a smooth transition to enrolling in CU Denver.
  • Collaborate with various office staff across campus to include but not be limited to admissions, financial aid, registration, bursar, campus advisors, new student orientation, housing & dining, information technology, faculty, and academic support staff.
  • During peak application times, support applicants in completing and submitting application documents.
  • Aid incoming students in identifying resources (scholarships, housing, disability services, etc.) to help them in actualizing their goal of enrolling at CU Denver.
  • Represent the CU Denver Office of Admissions at recruitment and yield events (Application Days and Admitted Student Days, and more) to assist applicants and their families as they navigate the enrollment process, to include working some evenings and weekends.
  • Execute data entry, report production, and documenting interactions in CRM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in education, business, public administration, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • One (1) year of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two (2) or more years of Admissions counseling or education outreach experience.
  • Event planning and management experience.
  • Experience with Technolutions Slate software platform.
  • Experience with student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft or Banner).

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus offers a competitive salary range of $50,822 - $52,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
