- Manage costs and ensure profitability while maintaining compliance with contract-managed service standards.
- Oversee the purchasing process, with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability.
- Ensure the highest level of food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree required.
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or a comparable restaurant environment.
- Proficient in inventory and purchasing management.
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation.
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, particularly HACCP protocols.
- Experience with exposition cooking.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.
- ServSafe certification.
