Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled District Chef to oversee all culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a team of associates, ensuring safety and sanitation, and driving innovation in all accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple corporate dining accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience and high-quality food production.
  • Teach, train, and mentor chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement innovative culinary programs, collaborating with the Company's marketing and culinary teams.
  • Help chefs manage cost controls, optimize inventory, and plan menus to meet customer needs.
  • Provide training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality food production and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and communicate strategies to improve customer experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of culinary management experience, with at least two years of multi-site culinary management experience.
  • High volume production and catering experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience managing cost controls, inventory, and menu planning.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
