About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Background Check Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and monitoring DOT pre-employment background checks.

Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with strict deadlines, maintaining accurate and organized records throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and monitor DOT pre-employment background checksEnsure tasks are completed within strict compliance-driven deadlinesMaintain accurate and organized records of all background check processesAdapt quickly to new systems and workflows as requiredCollaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance standards are met
