The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in cost estimation, particularly within the realms of airports, banking, and restaurant sectors. Our client values diversity and seeks individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing innovative ideas and a strong work ethic to contribute to the company's growth. The projects typically range in size from $25 million to $100 million.

Given the focus on airport renovations, experience with Delta and strong relationship-building skills are essential. Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Technical Skills Required:

  • Procore
  • Blue Beam
  • MS Project
  • PM Webb

Experience in interior projects across multiple sectors is highly desirable.

The role involves managing projects related to airport renovations, banking, retail, and ground-up construction. Our client currently employs 30 professionals and is expanding through strong client relationships and repeat business.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive base salary starting at $100,000, along with performance bonuses.
