Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a project management role. Experience in government construction is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with 3-10 years of experience as a project manager or superintendent in construction are encouraged to apply.

Comfort in collaborating with clients to develop project scopes is essential, as this is a key aspect of our project initiation process.

Education

A degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, but not required. Other relevant degrees will be considered based on experience.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project software is essential. Familiarity with Bluebeam and digital estimating tools is a significant advantage.

Essential Functions

The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of projects from inception to completion, including financial performance. Responsibilities include overseeing contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial projections, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting client expectations and maintaining a safe work environment.
