Job Title: Construction Cost Analyst

Position Overview:

We are in search of a committed professional with a strong background in commercial construction cost analysis and project oversight. The successful candidate will be tasked with participating in pre-bid discussions, assessing costs for both renovation and new construction projects, and leading project teams to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend bid meetings, which may involve overnight travel
  • Request proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Examine design plans for feasibility and regulatory adherence
  • Negotiate and manage contractual agreements
  • Inspire and oversee project team members
  • Exhibit a robust work ethic and a constructive attitude
  • Employ Microsoft and ProCore software for effective project management

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction cost analysis
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications and Estimating Software
  • Familiarity with ProCore project management tools
