OBJECTIVES: Maintain 20 approved buyers consistently, conduct 50 property showings weekly for qualified buyers, and aim for an average of 5 homes presented before an offer is made.

Compensation:

Potential earnings of $75,000 - Commission Only

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in drafting offers and finalizing deals to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and property sellers to arrange showings promptly.
  • Respond swiftly to all buyer client communications to uphold our agency's client service standards.
  • Identify properties that align with buyer clients' preferences and budget to expedite sales.
  • Refine buyers' criteria to select additional properties for viewing as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to spend considerable time driving.
  • Possession of a NYS Real Estate License.
