  • Organize, manage, and delegate tasks to maintain an orderly laundry facility.
  • Schedule team members to ensure services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate the training and development of staff to ensure high-quality linen production, proper equipment handling, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Address equipment malfunctions promptly and troubleshoot any electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues.
  • Conduct evaluations of team members and address their requests or concerns, including time off and vacations.
  • Ensure cost-effective operations of the laundry facility while promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Identify and resolve supply shortages, quality control issues, and labor efficiency challenges, and communicate any operational problems to management.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance audits on all commercial laundry equipment, interpreting technical manuals as necessary.
  • Assist in various operational aspects as required.
  • Maintain regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules in response to the operational needs of the establishment.
