Radiology Services Supervisor

Job Summary
The Supervisor of Radiology Services provides leadership and supervision to the radiology department, ensuring the safety of patients and staff. This role involves overseeing training, ensuring staff competencies, and developing and managing the department budget to meet organizational and patient safety goals.
Responsibilities
Directs all human resource functions of the department
Ensures safe staffing levels and develops and manages the department budget
Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures
Monitors departmental indicators and PI activities
Qualifications
Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field
Specialized training in any modality required
Supervisory experience in medical imaging functions
Strong verbal and written skills
Current Basic Life Support certification
