Marketing Director

We're a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the student housing experience with our innovative app. Our mission is to make student life easier, and we're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to help us achieve this goal.
The RoleAs our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and growth. This includes creating engaging campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging data to inform our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to grow our user base
- Build and lead highly engaging student-centric campaigns
- Own the growth funnel from awareness to engagement
- Elevate the myhousr brand to a household name on campuses
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Build, lead, and grow our marketing team
- Develop strategic partnerships with campus organizations and influencers
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that activate large-scale B2C audiences
- Strong ability to conceptualize and implement creative, low-cost, high-impact marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience planning and running events targeted at mass B2C audiences
- Proficient in using data to optimize marketing campaigns
- Ability to pivot quickly in response to market changes
- Salary package: $60,000 - $80,000
