Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with On-Premise outlets, such as bars, restaurants, and hotels, to grow our portfolio and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share for Sazerac brands in assigned territories.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Market Development Manager to develop and implement brand-building programs, promotions, and distribution activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in sales or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to obtain a relevant solicitor's permit in any state.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Market development and sales analysis experience.
  • Strong ability to self-manage and manage schedule to achieve results.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to ascend or descend stairs and drive to multiple accounts in one day.
