Position Summary:
Fitness Sales Representative Objective: To deliver exceptional customer support, enhance foot traffic to the facility, consistently grow the membership count, and prioritize the retention of existing members.
In-Studio Working Hours: Hours fluctuate weekly. Studio operational hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, Closed Sundays. Promotional events may occur outside the studio. Expect approximately 20-25 hours weekly unless otherwise directed by management.
Compensation: Starting pay is $13 per hour plus bonuses and commissions, which are performance-based and can be significant. Benefits are currently unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster member relationships, ensuring each member feels valued and motivated in their fitness journey.
- Assist members during their visits by welcoming them, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance as needed.
- Engage in prospecting and promotional activities to sell new memberships.
- Manage social media marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Promote and sell retail products to members.
- Ensure cleanliness of the studio and equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficient in computer and technology skills.
- Dependable and open to coaching.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to surpass sales targets.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Three references are required.
Compensation: Starting at $13 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
Work Schedule: 20-30 hours per week.
