Sales Representative

Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for improving the sales of company products in each assigned account.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough sales calls on all assigned accounts to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Sell and merchandise all beer and non-alcoholic products in accordance with the company's standards.
- Work closely with retailers to equalize order quantities between scheduled deliveries.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and product rotation in all assigned accounts.
- Use sales history data as a selling tool to prevent out-of-stocks and call-ins.
- Request additional placements, ads, displays, and price reductions on each sales call.
- Keep marketing plans and tracking charts updated daily.
- Actively participate in all incentive programs.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with account owners, managers, and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal liquor control regulations.
- Report all accidents and injuries immediately to your Manager.
- Perform all work activities in accordance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
- Execute monthly sales features, including selling required case deals, building authorized displays, and maintaining monthly promo pricing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
