Sales Representative – Base + Commission with High Earning Potential

Are you a motivated and goal-driven sales professional? We are seeking a dynamic sales representative to join our team and take your career to the next level with a company that rewards performance and provides excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to meet or exceed established targets and sales goals.
  • Develop effective relationships with new customers and identify their needs.
  • Sell a variety of services, including regular contracts, supplies, and one-time services.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Regional Director to implement sales strategies.
  • Canvass, run appointments, and follow up with leads 75% of your time in the field.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and report on sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and use company systems (Zoho) to track leads and progress.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and participate in professional development to continuously improve your selling skills.

What You'll Get:

  • Base Salary: $40K - $50K, with potential first-year earnings of $65K - $95K (including commission).
  • Commission:
  • 40% on sales, paid monthly.
  • Up to 15% quarterly bonus for top performance.
  • Additional commissions on services, account increases, and supply orders.

  • $435/month fuel allowance and $50/month for your cell phone.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales success.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, ethics, and a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to work in the field, making appointments, and visiting potential customers.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
