This position is focused on creating and implementing sales tactics designed to enhance revenue growth, increase market visibility, and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders for our care management services and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales development and market expansion efforts.
- Manage the sales cycle, including presentations of our services and handling proposals and contract requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in physician practices, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, specialty practices, and health systems/ACOs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in inside sales, operations, and marketing to ensure successful customer implementations.
- Generate qualified leads in the midwest region.
This role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate client needs, generate innovative ideas for sales growth, and continuously evaluate market competitors and trends. While prior experience in selling care management and remote monitoring services is not mandatory, we seek candidates who are eager to learn and develop their sales skills with healthcare providers and possess a network of existing relationships.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare sales, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- A proven track record of success in the medical sales sector and strong salesmanship skills.
This position is fully remote, with some travel required within the region (approximately 25% or as needed). Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.
