Job Overview

Position Summary

The Lead Case Management Specialist (LCMS) holds a pivotal role within our organization, encompassing both program oversight and case management duties. This position is designed for a professional who can step into the Program Director's role during their absence and assist in fulfilling the responsibilities associated with that position.

The LCMS will report directly to the Program Director and, in their absence, to the Quality Assurance Director.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory, along with a minimum of three years of experience in social services, including at least one year in a case management capacity. Supervisory experience is also preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Candidates should exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities, as well as proficient computer skills.

Work Schedule: Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Physical Requirements:

Applicants must be capable of navigating a four-story building without an elevator, traveling to various locations via public transportation, and demonstrating effective cleaning and apartment maintenance techniques to residents.
