Business Development Manager

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Philadelphia, PA.
This key role will focus on driving sales performance, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists to achieve significant growth in the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Expertise:
Develop and execute superior sales and marketing strategies to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, exceeding sales targets.
Team Leadership and Growth:
Lead a team of enrollment specialists, with the potential to expand to up to five members, maintaining responsibility for territory management and team performance.
Location Scouting and Optimization:
Identify and secure optimal Partner locations within Philadelphia, PA to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
Inventory Management and Control:
Ensure efficient oversight of all inventory, equipping enrollment specialists for successful subscriber engagements and maintaining operational integrity.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Recruit, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, providing comprehensive training and support.
Training and Development:
Conduct in-depth training for specialists, emphasizing product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Uphold strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, maintaining operational integrity and implementing quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
Performance Management and Reporting:
Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching, executing thorough audits and managing detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment outcomes.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment, fostering open communication and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
Operational Excellence:
Manage all logistical components of the enrollment process effectively, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
