Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the outreach team.
  • Define territories, establish quotas, and set goals for the outreach team.
  • Evaluate outreach metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Monitor results and trends regularly for strategic forecasting.
  • Provide reports on team and individual performance.
  • Design, implement, and oversee a training program for outreach personnel to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to contribute to strategic planning and policy formulation.
  • Maintain regular communication with key community stakeholders to update them on our initiatives and foster strong collaborative relationships.
  • Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies.
  • Establish and nurture new partnerships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer relations, or related fields.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in managing outreach or community-based initiatives within the non-profit sector is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to emerging needs.
  • A passion for golf and an understanding of its role in outreach and community-building.
