As a Regional Outreach Executive, you will lead our initiatives within your designated area. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and management, although we welcome those with significant backgrounds in community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the outreach team.
- Define territories, establish quotas, and set goals for the outreach team.
- Evaluate outreach metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
- Monitor results and trends regularly for strategic forecasting.
- Provide reports on team and individual performance.
- Design, implement, and oversee a training program for outreach personnel to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to contribute to strategic planning and policy formulation.
- Maintain regular communication with key community stakeholders to update them on our initiatives and foster strong collaborative relationships.
- Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies.
- Establish and nurture new partnerships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer relations, or related fields.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in managing outreach or community-based initiatives within the non-profit sector is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to emerging needs.
