Job Summary:

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating real-time responses to emergencies, complaints, or services that need to be provided. This role provides administrative and clerical support to the department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates and monitors workflow of mechanics through dispatch

Coordinates work orders through dispatch, SMS, and email, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Attends Plant Operations Staff meetings to take minutes and attendance, coordinating logistics and distributing materials

Oversees completion of annual requirements for Plant Operations Staff, including training and certification

Maintains and updates licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance with regulations

Provides back-up support to management as needed, ensuring continuity of operations

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
