Job Summary

Molly Pitcher Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping expenses to ensure they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
