Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with Erickson Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. This is a per diem/flex position, with shifts available from 7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p, and 11p-7:30am.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with residents and their families, using a consistent caregiver approach to support their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
Hold staff accountable for quality care and continually improve neighborhood processes and practices.
Meet regulatory requirements and nursing standards of practice.
Provide clear and consistent assignments of residents and duties, setting the tone for a productive and professional work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver safe, quality, and person-centered care.
Participate in performance improvement processes and proactively round with staff to identify areas of opportunity.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of practice.
Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in continuing care or assisted living facility.
Experienced documenting in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care and a passion for working with older adults.
