Position Overview:
This is a full-time role, with some weekend availability required.

Compensation:
Up to $61,342 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all scheduling operations at the facility, perform on-call duties, and assist with time card submissions on a weekly basis.
- Supervise assigned staff as directed by the program manager.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for both staff and clients.
- Provide ongoing training as required.
- Conduct quarterly chart audits alongside the program manager and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Support the manager in daily clinical and administrative operations of the facility.
- Ensure the maintenance of the physical environment, including completing monthly care checklists and fire drills, coordinating cleanups, and scheduling maintenance.
- Serve as a primary counselor and family therapist for a caseload of 4-5 clients, in addition to leading group sessions.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Department and Manager for new referrals, screenings, and admissions.
- Assist in facilitating program staff meetings and case conferences.
- Attend managers' meetings and Quality Improvement meetings in the absence of the manager.
- Participate in job interviews for potential candidates as requested.
- Engage in rotating on-call responsibilities.
- Perform medication self-administration oversight duties as per policy.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in Substance Use Disorder or a related field is required.
- Must maintain appropriate Licensure and Credentials at all times.
Education and Training:
- NYS CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification or Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, etc.) is required.
- A degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
