Job Title: Residential Coordinator

At Her Song, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide critical support to survivors of human trafficking, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for their healing and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential safe house, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to survivors.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation, scheduling, and communication with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Assist with case management, life-skills training, and programming activities, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
  • Collaborate with our Residential Manager to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that promote a safe and supportive environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with Her Song's values and operational manuals.
  • Supervise and manage residential staff, volunteers, and clients, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in trauma-informed care, crisis management, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combined experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
