Cryptologic Continuing Education Program Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cryptologic Continuing Education Program Coordinator to join our team at DarkStar Intelligence LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services to the cryptologic continuing education program at various locations, including Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas, and Cory Station in Pensacola, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Monitor and maintain databases, ensuring the accuracy and validity of data contained within. Restructure databases as needed to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Database Design and Implementation: Assist in the creation of structures and standards for database use and maintenance, including enabling information to be pulled through various methods and ensuring user-friendly options.
  • Database Access and Connectivity: Collaborate with end users to ensure database access and connectivity support.
  • Database Security and Maintenance: Assist in implementing database maintenance and security procedures, including adding and removing users and administering quotas.
  • Database Documentation: Assist in defining database design and management standards and documenting new and existing systems and procedures.
  • Database Support: Collaborate with users to ensure that the database meets their requirements and communicate updates to file databases.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in implementing operating methods to improve processing, distribution, data flow, collection, and database editing procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot problems concerning database records and communicate this information to users.

Requirements:

  • Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Language, Language-related, Business, or Management.
  • Experience: Eight (8) years of experience as a DoD cryptologic analyst or operator in at least one of the five specified cryptologic disciplines.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Substitution: In lieu of the Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted for a total of twelve (12) years of experience.
