The Leidos National Security Sector, specifically within the Mission Engineering, Integration, & Operations Business Area, is actively seeking skilled individuals to support the Space Force Cryptologic Office.

Position Overview

As a Cryptologic Operations Advisor, your role will involve acting as a key point of contact between the USSF Service Cryptologic Component and the National Security Agency for all cryptologic mission operations related to the USSF. You will collaborate with a diverse group of operational and technical specialists across the Intelligence Community to ensure that USSF cryptologic elements are equipped to meet both space and counter-space operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain space capabilities to safeguard national interests.
  • Generate strategic outcomes in the space domain to fulfill Service, Combatant Command, and national objectives, including but not limited to space control and force enhancement.
  • Advocate for USSF interests in various operational forums.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
  • Operate independently while also collaborating with teams to achieve client objectives in a dynamic environment, utilizing critical thinking and innovative approaches.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 10 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Proven experience in technical management or oversight.
  • Background in Cryptologic and/or Space Operations, including tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED).
  • Experience in ELINT, COMINT, and Analysis and Reporting (Fusion).
  • Demonstrated experience in National Intelligence.
  • Familiarity with training and force development/management.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant Space, Military, and NSA Policies and Procedures.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance and a valid Polygraph.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Recent assignment related to Space Force Intelligence.
  • Over 20 years of experience in Intelligence, including Cryptologic, SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT, and Space Intelligence.
