Overview

The National Security Sector at Leidos, specifically within the Mission Engineering, Integration, & Operations Business Area, is actively seeking skilled individuals to support the Space Force Cryptologic Office.

Position Summary

As a Cryptologic Operations Advisor, you will serve as a key liaison between the USSF Service Cryptologic Component and the National Security Agency, overseeing all USSF cryptologic mission operations. This role involves collaboration with a diverse array of operational and technical specialists throughout the Intelligence Community to ensure readiness in supporting space and counter-space missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance space capabilities to safeguard national interests against threats.
  • Implement strategies in the space domain to fulfill Service, Combatant Command, and national objectives, including space control and support operations, utilizing both established and innovative tactics.
  • Advocate for USSF interests in various operational and strategic forums.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Operate independently while collaborating with teams to achieve client objectives in a dynamic environment, applying critical thinking and innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 10 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Proven experience in technical management or oversight.
  • Background in Cryptologic and/or Space Operations, including tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED).
  • Experience in ELINT, COMINT, and analysis and reporting (fusion).
  • Demonstrated experience in National Intelligence.
  • Familiarity with training and force development/management.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable Space, Military, and NSA policies and operational guidelines.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance and a valid Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent experience in Space Force Intelligence assignments.
  • Over 20 years of Intelligence-related experience, including Cryptologic, SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT, and Space Intelligence.

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position is $87,000 to $157,450. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation. Factors influencing the offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
