LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings is seeking a Senior Account Manager to enhance our team. This role involves overseeing current client relationships and promoting specialized products within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and support to designated accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact between clients and internal operations
  • Deliver continuous service and solutions to clients
  • Ensure client loyalty through exceptional service
  • Propose tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive business growth
  • Achieve and surpass retention and upselling targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Experience in the healthcare field is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic market environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
