Assistance and Administration Professional

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our client's team as a Part Time Administrative Assistant. This 4-month contract role may lead to a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will possess at least 1 year of administrative experience, a High School Diploma or Equivalent, and excellent communication skills. They must be computer literate, familiar with MS Office Suite, and able to work a 30-hour work week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
- Drafting and sending client communications with clarity and professionalism
- Managing confidential and sensitive documents securely and timely
- Entering and updating data in Excel accurately
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and handling ordering/restocking as needed
