Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, User Experience Design, Mixed Reality, Storyboarding, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Stream, OneNote, Forms, Outlook, & Yammer, etc.).

Strong relationship management capabilities with business partners to gather user requirements and create storyboards for immersive projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish user and technical specifications for immersive products.
  • Create storyboards, creative briefs, design documents, and various tools to effectively illustrate user experience and interface.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Development Team prior to project initiation.
  • Coordinate with the Program/Project Manager/Scrum Master on key deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and communication strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to execute the product roadmap and ensure successful implementation.
  • Facilitate pre-sales discussions as required.
  • Conduct customer feedback activities, including gathering insights and reporting to leadership.
  • Engage in product development workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Core Competencies:

  • Interest in immersive technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Stream, OneNote, Forms, Outlook, & Yammer, etc.).
