Client Partner, Mid-Market Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our App Dev team in San Francisco. As a key member of our Mid-Market team, you'll partner with Mobile App Developers globally to drive business growth through Reddit's platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a CEO for your book of business, taking ownership of revenue forecasting, client relationship mapping, and strategy development.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create healthy growing partnerships between App Developer customers and Reddit.
- Proactively explore and uncover client needs, leveraging insights and product knowledge to align goals with platform opportunities.
- Own relationship mapping strategy across your book of business to manage and deepen relationships strategically.
- Communicate major platform updates and opportunities to senior clients, educating them on Reddit's capabilities to instill confidence and drive success.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital media with at least 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Deep industry expertise in mobile apps, mobile User Acquisition funnels, and MMPs.
- Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets and quotas.
- High familiarity with sales tools for client and industry research.
- Proven experience upleveling relationships up through C-level executives.
- Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend.
- Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
- Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
- Ability to manage a book of business greater than 30 accounts.
- Competitive base salary: $102,400 - $143,350 USD.
- Equity in the form of restricted stock units.
- Commission-based compensation.
