Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Prism Biotech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative pharmaceutical products to primary care physicians and other medical personnel within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals and promote our pharmaceutical products to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians and other medical personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while adhering to all defined ethical sales practices and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
