Distribution Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Distribution Development Manager to join our team at Saturna Capital. This role will focus on building out our distribution capabilities across key intermediary channels, including broker-dealers, wirehouses, RIAs, and other financial institutions.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in relationship management, strategic business development, and a deep understanding of investment products. They will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national accounts, driving sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
This position requires strong knowledge of mutual funds, SMAs, and other investment products, as well as the distribution landscape for these products. The successful candidate will also possess excellent MS Word and Excel skills.
In addition to a competitive salary of $190,000 - $230,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401k with generous match, profit sharing, and annual performance bonuses.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other relevant subject. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in national accounts management, sales, or business development within the asset management industry
- FINRA SIE Exam, Series 7 and 66 licenses; existing holder of licenses or pass within nine months of employment
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing relationships with key national accounts in the intermediary channel
