About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic National Accounts Leader to join our team at Saturna Capital. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our distribution capabilities across key intermediary channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, including broker-dealers, wirehouses, RIAs, and other financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with our firm's strategic objectives and provide excellent client service.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in national accounts management, sales, or business development within the asset management industry.
  • FINRA SIE Exam, Series 7 and 66 licenses; existing holder of licenses or pass within nine months of employment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing relationships with key national accounts in the intermediary channel.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
