National Accounts Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Development Lead to join our team at Saturna Capital. This role plays a pivotal part in building out our distribution capabilities across key intermediary channels.
This position will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national accounts, driving sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
With a strong understanding of investment products and distribution landscapes, you will identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand our presence in the market.
A competitive salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per year is offered, along with a range of benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as a 401k plan with generous match.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in national accounts management, sales, or business development within the asset management industry.
You will also require FINRA SIE Exam, Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as a proven track record of success in managing and growing relationships with key national accounts.
