Position Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee our front desk operations and ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and service inquiries.
  • Inspire and guide the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Facilitate the training and onboarding of new front desk personnel.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing details.

  • Monitor adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in cash handling is essential.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • Effective communication skills with the public and team members.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Minimum of six months experience in a front desk role.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
