Position Summary:
Are you a proactive and customer-oriented individual with a zeal for hospitality? As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee our front desk team in providing outstanding guest service. Your high energy, enthusiasm, and robust leadership abilities will ensure seamless front desk operations and foster memorable experiences for our valued guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and service inquiries.
- Inspire and guide the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and onboard new front desk personnel.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance overall guest experiences.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Monitor compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling experience is essential.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Effective communication skills with the public and team members.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Minimum of six months experience in front desk operations.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
